We are not able to provide refunds due to lost packages in the mail, we will try our best to get your parcel to your destination however once the package is sent out it is upto the courier. Tracking information is able to be provided. 

Refunds will not be provided for damaged items. Our products are packaged and produced at their best quality e.g. bubble wrap mailers are used to prevent damage to the product during the mailing process. Therefore, it is unclear whether the item received damage during the mailing or at it’s destination.
